We guide families and heirs through every stage of an estate: obtaining the inheritance determination, inventorying and valuing assets, settling the estate's debts, and distributing shares in accordance with Islamic Sharia as applied by the Personal Status Law. We draft and review wills and advise on lifetime arrangements, including gifts, endowments (waqf) and family company structures. Where disputes arise among heirs, we seek negotiated settlement first and litigate firmly when needed, including claims over concealed assets, the validity of dispositions and the partition of real estate and family businesses.
